Tommy Penton is best known for his Cover Artwork in the music Industry. His art is very weird looking, it looks a bit like abstract art. His art has a different look like he takes images of real things and then he draws things to make it look as if the image is part of what he drew. 

This image is one of his work pieces, he has attempted to blend his own art work with an image in the background. It make the viewers look more carefully at the image, it makes his work look surreal.  The drawing is a cartooned drawing and it looks like some parts of their bodies such as their hands and legs are enlarged.
